Mobile Services: Please be aware that mobile appointments are a $200 minimum, and can be split between services for more than one person. Add-ons will apply.
No Shows and Cancellations: no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service cost via the card on file.
All gel services take a minimum of 1.5 hours to complete: Please arrive on time to allow for proper removal and application. Appointments started after their allotted time may be subject to simplification or removal of add-on services.
Removals must be added to your service: If a removal is needed and not booked, your appointment may be rescheduled or simplified to accommodate removal time.
Please be sure to fill out any forms as well as the photo release statement prior to the start of your appointment. Only clients who have signed a photo release will be featured on socials, or used in any media.
Appointment-only Service: To control the number of people in the salon at any given time, we operate on an appointment-only basis. Walk-in clients and guests cannot be accommodated.
Sanitization and Hygiene Practices: Your hands must be washed before your service is started. Masks are available for all clients and staff on premises.
Limited Capacity: Only clients receiving services will be allowed in the salon, with the exception of clients requiring assistance.
Reschedule Policy: If a client is feeling unwell, we ask that they reschedule their appointment for a later date. We will be flexible with rescheduling to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
